Nominated on the Webby Awards 2010 (video case below) and created by Publicis Modem for Ad Council and US Army, Boostup.org encourages students not to leave school, by giving short boosts “by text, email or even a pat on the back”. A collaborative support group, the campaign featured several short films and a website where students and parents can exchange the always needed encouragement. I particularly enjoyed the footer with practical reasons to boost like “Every day, nearly 7,000 students leave school. Help make it 6,999.”
